前言
2021年5月份,北匯基于對(duì)IOP測(cè)試的理解和經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累,根據(jù)OPEN Alliance 1000BASE-T1(Draft)物理層測(cè)試規(guī)范,采用了基于Vector CANoe、VN5650、VT System和Technica Golden Device組合式的方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)了1000BASE-T1 IOP測(cè)試。如今,北匯基于Technica公司升級(jí)版的Golden Device,推出“一站式”100&1000BASE-T1 IOP測(cè)試解決方案。
測(cè)試方案簡(jiǎn)介
針對(duì)100BASE-T1和1000BASE-T1的IOP測(cè)試項(xiàng),Link-up Time與Signal Quality的測(cè)試要求完全相同,其中OABR_CABLE_03:Cable diagnostics for good cable是針對(duì)千兆新增測(cè)試項(xiàng)。如下將介紹各測(cè)試項(xiàng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。

測(cè)試工程
基于CANoe CAPL編寫(xiě)的IOP自動(dòng)化測(cè)試腳本。支持CAN/CAN FD應(yīng)用報(bào)文、CAN/CAN FD診斷報(bào)文、RS232、ADB等方式獲取PHY SQI以及線(xiàn)纜狀態(tài)值的讀取。

回顧車(chē)載以太網(wǎng)IOP的測(cè)試方案迭代歷程,北匯從推出滿(mǎn)足TC8 1.0使用電阻作為干擾噪聲的測(cè)試方案,到滿(mǎn)足TC8 2.0/3.0聯(lián)合Technica百兆Golden Device和R&S噪聲發(fā)生器的測(cè)試方案,到如今可同時(shí)滿(mǎn)足100BASE-T1和1000BASE-T1的“一站式”測(cè)試方案,其中的每一次測(cè)試方案升級(jí)都緊跟測(cè)試需求的步伐,在行業(yè)同仁、合作伙伴的支持協(xié)助下,完成了一次又一次技術(shù)升級(jí)。
近1年來(lái),汽車(chē)人又開(kāi)始研究10BASE-T1S和MultiGBASE-T1技術(shù)的發(fā)展前景和應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景,Open聯(lián)盟也成立了TC14和TC15小組制定相關(guān)的測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在draft版本中體現(xiàn)了對(duì)應(yīng)的測(cè)試內(nèi)容。
