尤其冶金場景下的設備應用廣泛,預計可覆蓋的存量關鍵設備數超70萬臺。冶金行業設備在線監測與診斷系統適用于鐵前、煉鋼、軋鋼、動力等多應用場景。同石化行業類似,冶金行業亦是流程型工業,關鍵生產設備連續作業,且處于復雜、惡劣工況。根據李建華等發表的論文《淺談冶金企業關鍵設備運行狀態在線監測診斷系統構建與實施》,通過對國內主要鋼鐵企業設備故障停機率的調研,其均值為2.232‰,部分企業主要生產設備故障停機率甚至高達6‰以上。
