針對溫度控制系統的大慣性、大時延等特性，根據模糊控制理論，設計出一種模糊自
整定PID 控制器，并應用于BGA 返修站溫度控制系統，實現了PID 參數的在線自整定。仿真實驗表明，該控制器與常規PID 控制器相比，提高了系統的自適應能力和魯棒性，改善了系統的動、靜態性能，且算法簡單實時性強，易用于工程實踐。

Abstract: For the temperature control system with big inertia and delay, the design of the Fuzzy PID controller based on self-tuning parameters and fuzzy control theory is discussed. It is used in the temperature control system of BGA rework station. By simulation and comparison with other ordinary PID controllers, we conclude that the use of the method in the temperature control system can greatly improve the robustness and the dynamic and static properties of the system. It is simple enough for real-time control and can be easily used in the engineering practice.
