提出和論述了一種光纖振動傳感器的原理和探頭設計方法。使用懸臂梁來遮擋反射回光纖的光,用光強度調制來實現振動信號的測量。這種傳感探頭只需一根光纖引出,緊湊小巧,易于安裝調試。結果表明,這種光纖振動傳感器傳感頭是可靠而耐用的,長時間工作穩定,抗外界干擾強,易制作,易安裝。

Abstract : The principle and the devising technology for sensing head of a fiber optical vibration sensors are described in this paper. A cantilever is used to block the light reflected into optical fiber , and the vibration signal can be measured through the intensity modulation. The sensor head needs only one optical fiber , and it is compact and easily built . The measuring sensitivity is analyzed , the designing and manufacturing methods are also introduced.
